All orders ship next business day. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All items are non-refundable at this time.
However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, missing items, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to find a solution.
We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days before your event to allow for shipping time and stress-free setup.

- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
- Keep away from sharp surfaces
- Install close to event time during extreme heat
Most garlands take 45–90 minutes, depending on size and experience level.
Our kits are beginner-friendly, and the included QR video tutorial walks you through everything step by step.
Backdrops
Our backdrops are made from 100% polyester fabric. They have a soft, professional finish and photograph beautifully.
Backdrops can be:
- Ironed on low heat
- Steamed
- Hung for a few hours to naturally relax
Yes! They are machine washable on delicate. We recommend air drying for best results.

All digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email.
Yes — your templates are designed to be edited in Canva.
You will need a free Canva account to access and customize your files. No paid subscription is required.
Most templates allow you to edit:
