RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases made through our store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS
Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed immediately upon placement. We do not accept order cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
All digital products, downloads, and electronically delivered items are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered. By purchasing a digital product, you waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING
Subscription purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item where a remedy is required by law, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at [your email] with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

CHARGEBACKS
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase without first contacting us is a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks filed in bad faith and may block future orders from customers who do so.

CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the right to a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This policy and any disputes arising from a purchase shall be governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
