When will my order be shipped?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
What is your return policy?
All items are non-refundable at this time.
However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, missing items, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to find a solution.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and make it right.
How early should I order before my event?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before your event to allow for shipping time and stress-free setup.

What is included in a balloon garland kit?
Each professional balloon garland kit includes:
- Professional-grade balloons in curated, cohesive colors
- Assembly materials (260 balloons & rubber bands)
- A QR code inside your package linking to a full video balloon tutorial

How are your balloon garland kits different from Amazon kits?
Most mass-produced kits use thinner, lower-quality latex that pops easily and lacks consistent coloring.

How far in advance can I assemble my balloon garland?
You can inflate and assemble your garland 1–3 days before your event. Store it at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Can balloon garlands be used outdoors?
Yes! Our professional-grade balloons are durable enough for outdoor use.
For best results:
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
- Keep away from sharp surfaces
- Install close to event time during extreme heat or cold
How long does it take to assemble?
Most garlands take 45–90 minutes, depending on size and experience level.
Do I need experience to assemble a garland?
Not at all. Our kits are beginner-friendly, and the included QR video tutorial walks you through everything step-by-step.
Backdrops
What material are your backdrops made of?
Our backdrops are made from 100% polyester fabric. They have a soft, professional finish and photograph beautifully.
How do I remove wrinkles?
Backdrops can be:
- Ironed on low heat
- Steamed
- Hung for a few hours to naturally relax
Are your backdrops machine washable?
Yes! They are machine washable on delicate. We recommend air drying for best results.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital files?
After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email within 24 hours containing the links to all of your editable Canva files. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox!
Do I need a Canva account to edit my files?
Yes! You'll need a free Canva account to access and edit your files. Simply go to canva.com and sign up for free — no paid subscription required.
How many times can I use the files?
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may print as many copies as you need for your own event, but files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Can I customize the text?
Absolutely! All files are fully editable in Canva. You can change text to match your party theme.
What if I need help editing my files?

Where will I be able to print these?
Baby shower games, activity cards, event signage, and invitations are all standard US Letter size (8.5" x 11") or less and can easily be printed at home or at your local print shop.
For larger poster-size products like welcome signs, we highly recommend printing at Walgreens or your nearest print shop for the best quality results.
